New edition of David Keenan's England's Hidden Reverse
Strange Attractor Press have announced that a new edition of David Keenan's book England's Hidden Reverse will be published this November. Written over a period of six years by The Wire contributor and co-founder of the mail order and record shop Volcanic Tongue, the book explores the history of the UK's esoteric underground through the works and influences of Coil, Nurse With Wound, Current 93 and more.
First published in 2003, England's Hidden Reverse has been out of print for more than ten years. This new and expanded edition has been completely redesigned, with the addition of some new (and previously unseen) photographs and two new chapters, bringing the book up to speed with 2016.
