La Di Da Di. The Eclectic Manifesto

La Di Da Di, the self-titled manifesto declares nothing utterly new, expresses no final truths, proclaims no deeper understanding of any kind and completely lacks consistency of thought. It is at once a copy, a collage, and a creation. The book reads as a manifesto as well as a encyclopedic compendium holding a very personal summary of inspirations taken from 20th century popular music. By removing musical commodities and items of popular culture from their original context and combining them with other objects for contemplation, the polyphonic manifesto draws upon the appreciation of a multitude of cultural and musical influences.
