Intense Proximity. The Anthology of the Near and the Far

More than an exhibition catalogue, this anthology reflects the the- oretical and conceptual content of La Triennale 2012, and is fully part of the curatorial project. It is a tool of theoretical thinking about the relations between art and anthropology from the begin- ning of the 21st century to the present day through essays written by the curators of La Triennale and guest authors, and through reference texts written for the occasion. Last, each of the artists of La Triennale is given carte blanche to propose on a double pager an original contribution.
