LiveAct. 10 Questions for the Future Here and Now
The book brings together projects and initiatives that invent and implement on their own scale, new modes of ecological repair and resource management, cooperative principles of production and distribution, models of governance of commons, collectively self-managed spaces and artistic practices used to produce alternatives and strenghten citizenship and cultural change.
What do you think is the main problem in the world today? What should we do about it? How can citizens take action to overcome these planetary problems? What do you personally do towards working on this? How does your project contribute to desirable futures or the here and now? How could your action (and other similar projects) be multiplied and scaled out? What difficulties and victories have you experienced in working on the project? What is your motivation for getting involved? What do you think is the best way to convey new values and support long-term change? Is there any other question you would like to add?
The book is addressed to all those who, in response to the multiple global crisis, are committed to acting here and now, to change their way of living and working to reinvent a society that can preserve a liveable planet.
