Landscape Goes Domestic. Ultra Studio

This book is a compilation of the contents of “LANDSCAPE GOES DOMESTIC”, a solo exhibition by ULTRA STUDIO. In addition to drawings and photographs, the book includes a roundtable discussion between Rafael Balboa, Tamao Hashimoto, and ULTRA STUDIO held on the last day of the exhibition, and a text by Yuji Mukaiyama titled “Symbols of Coincidence”. The book goes beyond a description of the exhibition to introduce ULTRA STUDIO's philosophy.

The book was designed by REFLECTA (Mariko Okazaki + Misako Taoka) and Sumire Kobayashi, who also worked on the visual design of the exhibition. The book itself was given a character as a part of the exhibition through a design that corresponds to the contents of the exhibition.
